Technical Features

Working Principle
Straw and other materials contain a certain amount of cellulose and lignin, and the lignin is a structural monomer in the material and a polymer compound of phenylpropane type. It can strengthen cell wall and bond cellulose. Lignin is a non-crystal, at room temperature, the main part is insoluble in any solvent, no melting point, but there is a softening point. When the temperature reaches a certain value, the lignin's softened and adhesive strength increases, and under a certain pressure, the cellulose molecular groups are mislocated, deformed and extended, and the adjacent biomass particles in the interior are connected with each other, recombined and pressed into shape, making the loose biomass raw materials with low energy density, thermal efficiency of only about 10%, difficult to save, inconvenient to transport and use. After processing into dense, high energy density, thermal efficiency of about 45%, easy to store and easy to transport high-quality clean energy products. It has the advantages of good combustion characteristics, high burning rate, less dust and low chemical pollution emission.
